About me
I am an Assistant Professor of Management at ESCP Business School in Madrid.
My research asks how companies make a corporate purpose matter in strategy, leadership and everyday decisions, and what happens when purpose meets economic pressure.
I completed my PhD at Universität Witten/Herdecke in 2025 with the highest distinction (summa cum laude). My dissertation, "Corporate Purpose: Concept, Complications and Consequences", was supervised by Prof. Guido Möllering and got awarded by the Grigor McClelland Doctoral Dissertation Award (JMS) and zeb-Muenster Award Witten/Herdecke University in 2026.
Alongside my studies and doctorate, I worked in digital transformation and change management. This experience still shapes how I look at organizations: as places where good intentions have to survive daily routines, budgets and competing priorities.
